By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that the CloudworX Startup Development Credits Program is a discretionary initiative of BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX to support selected startups, developers, and AI builders with access to eligible cloud, compute, hosting, and development infrastructure credits.

Submission of this form does not guarantee selection, approval, access to credits, infrastructure allocation, technical support, partnership, investment, incubation, or any commercial relationship with BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX. All applications will be reviewed at the sole discretion of BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX, and the company reserves the right to accept, reject, defer, modify, suspend, or withdraw the program, credits, benefits, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.

Any development credits granted under this program are non-cash, non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be used only for approved CloudworX services, subject to applicable usage limits, technical availability, service terms, acceptable use policies, and compliance requirements. Credits may not be exchanged for money, resold, transferred, or used for unauthorized, unlawful, harmful, abusive, or prohibited activities.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their products, data, models, software, content, and use of CloudworX services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, data protection requirements, cybersecurity obligations, and industry-specific compliance standards. BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX does not take responsibility for the legality, accuracy, ownership, security, performance, or commercial viability of any applicant’s product, service, data, model, or business.

Applicants retain ownership of their own intellectual property. However, by applying, applicants confirm that they have the right to share the information submitted and grant BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX permission to review such information for evaluation, selection, communication, program administration, and related business purposes. Applicants should not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, personal, regulated, or third-party data unless they are authorized to do so.

BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX may contact applicants for additional information, verification, technical evaluation, onboarding, interviews, marketing consent, case studies, or partnership discussions. Participation in the program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, investment, advisory, fiduciary, or partnership relationship between the applicant and BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX.

Cloud, compute, GPU, storage, hosting, and related infrastructure services are subject to availability and may experience limitations, downtime, maintenance, usage restrictions, performance variation, or service interruptions. BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX makes no warranty or guarantee regarding uninterrupted availability, performance, output quality, business results, model accuracy, product success, customer acquisition, funding, or revenue generation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BharatEdge.ai / CloudworX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, business, technical, financial, data-related, or reputational loss arising from application to, participation in, rejection from, or use of credits under this program.
